Stephen was admitted as a solicitor in 1984 and is experienced in commercial property.
He works predominantly on behalf of the public sector working with numerous local authorities and specialising in the fields of regeneration, funding and large-scale commercial and residential development.
Stephen is heavily involved in a variety of public/private partnerships, including the proposed regeneration of a number of towns. He also sits on the board of Warrington & Co.
