• Cladding Defects - advising a property developer client, as referring party, in an adjudication claiming c.£1m in costs and damages arising from defects, caused by poor design and/or workmanship, in the façade of higher-risk buildings.

• Redevelopment of a shopping centre - advising the main contractor on a design and build contract for the redevelopment of a vacant 50,000 sq ft anchor store and its development into several smaller units.

• Private Development - advising a privately owned construction and development company on the negotiation and finalisation of project documents for a multi-unit residential scheme in London
