Victoria is a Consultant. She qualified as a CLC Licenced Conveyancer in 2019 and has been in the Conveyancing industry for over 10 years. Her roles have included successfully handling a high volume of varied files and more recently, managing a team of property lawyers. Victoria has completed, trained other lawyers on and been responsible for over 5000 transactions. She has gained a wealth of knowledge not only in the Conveyancing procedure but in the industry as a whole. Victoria prides herself on being an astute and proactive Conveyancer, able to overcome complex issues and find incisive ways to expedite transactions.
Victoria takes pleasure in dealing with all types of residential property transactions including freeholds, leaseholds, shared ownership titles, grants of new leases, transfer of parts, auctions, transfer of equities, unregistered titles, staircasing, lease extensions, re-mortgages, new build plots, complex titles and anything in-between!
