Marketing Administrator

This role involves but is not limited to:-

·         Manage all aspects of administration within the Marketing Department including but not limited to:

o   Responding to employee, consultant and supplier enquiries by phone and email

o   Regularly update and maintain Marketing files and documents

o   Maintain stock control, ordering and delivery of promotional items 

o   Distribute and maintain business cards

·         Design images in brand style for use across social media and website

·         Provide project assistance to the Marketing Executive and Head of Marketing

·         Be a brand ambassador advising stakeholders on all aspects of the visual and verbal identity of the firm

·         Actively manage staff website profiles and photos

·         Ensure online business listings and citations are accurate and consistent.  

Requirements:

·         Accuracy & attention to detail

·         Excellent communication skills 

·         Ability to multi task and meet deadlines

·         Ability to prioritise and work efficiently 

·         Ability to work as part of a team
