Our Director’s Award Programme is designed to recognise and celebrate team members who consistently exceed client expectations, reflecting our firm’s commitment to smart, modern law.

Helen Lobozzo, Partner & Head of Client Care and also Business Sponsor for these recognition awards, is thrilled to introduce an exciting new category to our awards: the Team Award. This new award will complement our existing Legal and Corporate Award each quarter.

The team award allows the nomination of entire teams, providing a unique opportunity to recognise collective achievements and team spirit. This will run alongside the Corporate Award which also stems from peer nominations. Our Legal Director’s Award remains distinct, as it is based on testimonials from review platforms and direct client feedback gathered by our award- winning Client Care team showcasing the fantastic feedback given to us by our clients.

Both Helen and Adrian Jaggard, CEO carefully review nominations and make the final decision for all three categories.

As a highly anticipated event each quarter, the program involves collecting client feedback and considering nominations, highlighting the tremendous efforts many colleagues invest in delivering exceptional client service.

We would like to congratulate our first quarter 2024 director award winners:

Our Medical Negligence team have received the first-ever team award in recognition of their exceptional performance and dedication over the past year. Despite the discreet nature of their work, which often goes unrecognised due to sensitivity of client confidentiality, the team achieved remarkable outcomes.

Further illustrating their impact, the team received outstanding feedback during the legal directory process, highlighting their impeccable service, attention to detail, and deep understanding of their clients’ needs. Their collaborative efforts with the Marketing department has showcased their work and also significantly boosted their social media presence, leading to more clients seeking their help with this legal service.

The team’s consistent excellence is also evidenced by maintaining a 100% pass rate on internal audits and their proactive work with AvMA, securing high profile clinical negligence cases. These accomplishments underscore the team’s well-rounded contribution to both their clients and the firm, justifying their receipt of the Team Award.

Sushma Awtani is a Partner in our Consultancy Programme based in Carter Lane, she has received the legal award in recognition of her exemplary service and professional dedication. Her clients have consistently commended her for being the ultimate professional, with detailed, first-class advice and strategies. Many reviews highlight her timely responses, knowledgeable insights and reliable assistance in immigration and family law matters. Her expertise and compassionate approach have earned her high recommendations, with clients praising her for being courteous, cooperative, and quick to provide updates throughout the legal process. The positive feedback and high regard from those she has assisted demonstrate why Sushma is a deserving recipient of the legal award, showcasing her as a beacon of excellence in her field.

Rad Vara, Brand Executive in our Marketing department has received the corporate award due to her exceptional motivation and momentum over the past few months, during which her work has reached an unprecedented level of both quantity and quality. Rad has diversified and honed her skills by self teaching additional learning around platforms, highlighting her commitment to continuous improvement and professional growth. Her dedication, creativity and self-driven learning set a high standard and make her a valuable asset to the marketing team and for the corporate award.
