Annie has over 7 years’ experience in residential and commercial property matters. She qualified in 2020 after gaining a law degree from City University, London and a fellowship with CILEX following extensive training with two Legal 500 firms.
Annie is experienced in dealing with and registering unregistered land and is proud to have assisted in the first registration of Hampton Court Palace.
Annie has dealt with the property aspects of complex corporate including golf course acquisitions and large retail parks acquisitions dealing with restrictions on title and unregistered land where necessary. She is also regularly acting for private individuals as well as company investors in relation to residential property matters including sales and purchases, help to buy schemes, re-financing, lease extensions, transfers of equity, auction sales and purchases, etc.
As a native speaker of the language, Annie has also been working hard to establish and develop good relationships with the Bulgarian community in the UK. She has also published a first-time buyer guidebook in both English and Bulgarian to help her clients through the process.
