Elen was articled with Lawrence &Co, qualifying in 1985 and becoming a partner in 1986.
In 1996, Elen formed Lawrence Davies & Co and was senior partner until the merger with MW in 2013.
She has been a member of the Children Panel since 1988 and her work is now focused on representing children, parents and other extended family members in care proceedings and other public law proceedings including adoption.
Elen is based at the firm’s Fulham office.
