John started at the firm as a paralegal in 2012 and is now Deputy Head of Crime and Extradition.
He is an experienced Criminal Defence Extradition Solicitor, with expertise in defending clients accused of a wide range of the most sensitive and complicated matters including murder, complex fraud including matters being investigated by the HMRC and serious sexual offences.
John also has extensive experience helping clients resist both EU and Non-EU extradition requests including recent success in opposing both Brazilian and Moldovan requests.
He is also known for being a proactive and hardworking litigator with a client focused approach and eye for the minute detail of cases.
John has Higher Rights of Audience which means he can represent his clients through every stage of the legal process. He has been described as passionate, persuasive and a hard-hitting advocate.
