Michael qualified as a Solicitor in 2001, and joined Taylor Rose in 2019 as a Consultant.
Michael acts for employers and employees in courts and employment tribunals, including claims arising from breach of contract, unfair dismissal, constructive dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing. Michael advises on post termination restrictions and their enforcement; negotiates exit packages for employers and senior executives and drafts personnel policy documents, employment contracts and consultancy agreements. Michael also advises employers on HR issues, including the day-to-day management of employees, disciplinary issues and procedures, redundancies and the employment aspects of business transfers.
Outside work Michael is an experienced photographer, enthusiastic cook and likes to travel off the beaten track.
