Romesh is a Consultant member of our Commercial and Residential Property Teams, handling property acquisition, disposal and development transactions. He advises on all aspects of the residential sector purchasers, sale, re-mortgages, including off plan purchasers and assignments, as well as commercial offices, retail leases, hotels and other leisure properties.
In addition to secured lending transactions in prime central London and the home countries, Romesh’s clients range from first time buyers to domestic, overseas and off-shore investors. Romesh also specialises in Sharia compliant lending structures, for Middle Eastern clients. He has a reputation for his practical and commercial approach and specialises in time critical exchanges and completions.
Romesh’s clients include international and UK property investors, private companies, and other structures both in and out of jurisdiction, as well as high net worth individuals.
