Saeed advises on all aspects of business law including business start-ups, company administration, partnership and shareholders’ agreements, franchises, trading terms and conditions, commercial contracts, and business sales and acquisitions including management buy out.
Before re-training as a solicitor, Saeed enjoyed a successful career in procurement in the food/drink industry. He has a wealth of commercial experience and travelled extensively to Europe, the Middle East and the Far East on business.
