Her journey into criminal law began at Brunel University, where she obtained her law degree in 2009. Following that, she attended BPP Law School from 2009 to 2010, building on her legal skills.
As a duty solicitor, Yen is extremely qualified in providing immediate legal assistance to those in police custody, and representing clients in the magistrates’ court, advocating for clients' rights and striving to reach the best possible outcome for each case.
Her experience in criminal defence in particular has resulted in a deep understanding of various aspects of criminal law, from minor offences to complex cases. She is constantly motivated to make a meaningful difference in the lives of her clients, to contribute to a more just society.
