We are delighted to announce several new accreditations within our Clinical Negligence Department, further strengthening our reputation for excellence in this highly specialised area of law.
Our department is proud to now have five panel members, highlighting the depth of expertise within our team:
Jacqui Hayat, Partner in our Sevenoaks office, is a member of The Law Society’s Clinical Negligence Panel.
Lauren Phillips, Laura Sylvester, Sarah Corbett and Andrew Bentham are all accredited members of the AvMA (Action against Medical Accidents) Specialist Clinical Negligence Panel.
We are particularly delighted to announce that Sarah Corbett, Partner in our Guildford office, and Andrew Bentham, Partner in our Fulham office, have both been appointed to the prestigious AvMA Specialist Clinical Negligence Panel. Their appointments reflect the hard-earned recognition of their deep knowledge, dedication, and commitment to achieving justice for clients in complex medical negligence cases.
Additionally, Jacqui Hayat has been reaccredited to The Law Society’s Clinical Negligence Panel, a reflection of her sustained excellence in the field. Jacqui’s continued accreditation underscores the high standard of work she delivers and the value she brings to our team.
