Taylor Rose Appoints Head of Commercial

We are thrilled to announce the recent addition of Lee Adams to the Taylor Rose team as the new Head of Commercial for direct legal services.

Lee officially commenced his role on Monday 7^th August 2023, bringing with him a wealth of experience and expertise that is set to enhance the firm's growth and profitability.

Lee Adams boasts a distinguished background as a criminal lawyer and stands out as a recognised leader in the legal realm, acknowledged by prestigious accolades from Chambers & Partners and The Legal 500. His journey then led him to pivot towards management, a decision that showcased his remarkable adaptability and leadership skills. This transformative shift in focus resonates as a testament to his multifaceted expertise and unwavering commitment to excellence.

Prior to joining Taylor Rose, Lee served as the London Managing Partner at JMW Solicitors LLP, where he played a pivotal role in establishing and developing the London office. He successfully helped nurture the growth of their teams, propelling JMW to the 64^th position in the Lawyers Top 100 firms in 2022.

In his new position at Taylor Rose, Lee will assume duties that involve collaborating closely with lead directors, heads of departments, and senior lawyers. His primary objective will be to assist in establishing and executing achievable budgets and sustainable profit margins. Leveraging his extensive experience, Lee is expected to infuse fresh ideas, and vitality into the firm's employed legal division, furthering its success.
