Taylor Rose Highly Commended in Mortgage Strategy Awards

Taylor Rose has been highly commended in the 2020 Mortgage Strategy Awards for best conveyancing firm. The category recognises conveyancing firms and large panel lenders who consistently provide good customer service.

The Mortgage Strategy Awards, now in its 19th year, is seen as the pinnacle of success for those in the UK mortgage industry. Recognised as the culmination of hard work and effort over the previous twelve months, the Awards Judges have a rigorous process. This is to certify that being recognised in one of the twenty-seven categories really is a mark of excellence.

The firm currently run an innovative programme to enhance services as market demand grows. Commenting on the programme, Anton stated:

Liz Lennox, Regional Head of Property, created an in-house trainee conveyancer programme designed specifically for administrators who worked within the conveyancing department. The programme was structured to show aspiring conveyancers all aspects of conveyancing and provide mentoring to instil confidence and excellent communication skills. This ensured that all of our successful candidates focused on guiding clients through the transaction as smoothly and painlessly as possible.

This vocational training is complimented by a management development programme that makes sure that our leaders and managers are equipped with the right tools to support, motivate and lead their teams.”
