Rob Hailstone, Founder of National Conveyancing Week says: “Home buying and selling are one of the most important events that take place in the lives of nearly everyone at some point in time. What are the biggest challenges or concerns for clients when buying/selling their property?

When it comes to clients buying properties, many have a lot of questions about when the right time is to fix your mortgage. Do you have any advice for someone looking for a conveyancer? 

Simon suggests that you “do your research. Price does play a part in the process, but do not necessarily go with the cheapest.
