News
7th Oct 2021

We’re extremely delighted to announce that Taylor Rose has achieved recognition in the 2022 Legal 500 publication.

The 2022 edition of The Legal 500 reviews the firm’s East Anglian Commercial Property practice area and the South Eastern Contentious Trust and Probate, Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence for Claimant.

For the fourth year running, our Commercial Property team, who are based at the firm’s Peterborough office, have been recommended. Nick Scutt, Partner plays a key role in transactions for property companies, landlords, tenants, developers, and investors and can advise on a range of matters relating to commercial property. Neil Pota, Consultant Solicitor has also been named as a key lawyer for the firms Commercial Property success.

It has been the second year Taylor Rose for our Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence departments being named. Lauren Phillips, Head of Clinical Negligence being mentioned for claimant-based work.

Jacqui Hayat, Partner who was mentioned as a ‘Clinical Negligence Specialist’ commented: “The Legal 500 mention is a very well-received accolade for my achievements but as always the real reward is helping those who have suffered an injury and need compensation to try and help them to get on with their lives.”

“I have pursued clinical negligence cases now for victims of negligence for nearly 30 years. Every case is different, and I try to achieve the very best result for my client. Whilst compensation cannot really put clients back into the position that they were before the negligence it is invaluable to those seriously injured."

"The hope is always that pursuing these cases may also prevent the same incident happening again to someone else. I continue to enjoy working at Taylor Rose with a dedicated, professional and talented team.”

Mark Stubberfield, Head of Private Client & Notary Public wished : “a huge congratulations to the contested probate team for their Tier 3 entry in the Legal 500. This is a testament to hard work over the past few years.”

“This is not an easy achievement as it involves a lot of work with the application process and gathering a number of testimonials from clients and professionals.”

CEO, Adrian Jaggard commented: “Congratulations to all those listed in The Legal 500 2022 Edition. This is fantastic recognition, not only for the firm but for those listed demonstrating how the clients are at the heart of everything we do and the dedication that we have to deliver brilliant service.”
