Earlier this year, CEO Adrian Jaggard introduced The Director Awards which are an annual programme with quarterly awards. This allows us to recognise and celebrate employees and consultants who deliver excellent customer experience and promote Smart Modern Law.
There are two awards each quarter, the Legal Director Award and Corporate Director Award.
Our Legal Director Award is selected from our Lawyers and Executives. These are picked from those who have received the excellent survey feedback, customer compliments, positive comments from referrers and reviews.
Our Corporate Award is selected from our corporate teams who have been nominated by colleagues. This could be for playing their part in corporate responsibility and helping significantly with the operational side of the business.
We are delighted to announce our Q1 Director Award Winners are:
Legal Director Award – Nirali Patel
Corporate Director Award – Maggie Bowden
Our Q1 Directors Legal Award goes to Nirali Patel.
Nirali achieves a phenomenal amount of reviews on our external platforms and is clearly well respected and liked by her clients. Some of the feedback received about Nirali mentions that she is efficient, well-spoken, and talented. The feedback also discusses how transparent she is and is always on hand when there is a problem to solve.
One client commented on how the transaction that Nirali had handled for them aligned with our Smart Modern Law approach. This included her grasp of what mattered, alongside her attention to detail that was valuable to them.
Nirali has often seen clients recommending her services through feedback. The volume of feedback, Nirali has received clearly supports her delivery of service.
Our Q1 Directors Corporate Award goes to Maggie Bowden who is our Archive Manager at our Peterborough office.
Since joining the firm, Maggie's confidence and ability has grown and she has become an expert in her field of archiving.
She also has the ability to explain to people what is required of a task. Maggie has been key in recent months to the Peterborough office operations. She has always been available to provide support where necessary which has been vital.
