Q2 2020 Star Award Winners Announced

It is that time where we acknowledge and appreciate those in Taylor Rose that have gone above and beyond and have been recognised by clients or colleagues. We are pleased to announce that our Q2 Star Awards winners are:

Legal Star – Charlotte Osborne (Head of Residential Property for Bishops Stortford &Hertford)

Corporate Star – Dawn Goodwin (Post Completion Team based in Peterborough)

Our Q2 Legal Star has been awarded to Head of Residential Property, Charlotte Osborne. Charlotte’s client feedback included accounts whereby she had ‘turned around’ their transaction following a poor start from a previous firm  despite working under the current difficult environment. In another, ‘Charlottes professionalism and all-round support’ were also mentioned and the client had stated that they would ‘send all their friends’ to us from now on as a result of Charlottes hard work.

It is great to read the positive reviews from Charlottes clients, explaining how much of a positive impact Taylor Rose had, especially as others faltered under lockdown.

Charlotte has a wealth of knowledge within the property sector and has over 10 years of experience. She started working with the firm in November 2019 and specialises in all residential conveyancing transactions. She particularly enjoys dealing with New Build transactions and Shared Ownership matters. Charlotte described feeling “surprised but very proud” when she had won the Legal Star Award.

Our Q2 Corporate Star has been awarded to Post Completion Executive, Dawn Goodwin. Dawn was nominated (by five colleagues no less!) in relation to her invaluable support in her post completion role.  Dawn’s peers mentioned how helpful her communication is with clients and how she is ‘always willing to lend a hand where support is required’.

Dawn has been with the firm since February and when asked about her win had mentioned how she had ‘never expected it after such a short time with Taylor Rose.’ Dawn deals with conveyancing matters following the completion of the transaction. She ensures that applications are sent to the Land registry so that client’s home are registered.

Post Completion work is essential to our property services, the team works to ensure time constraints are complied with and their efforts also impact important lender relationships.

Our Legal star is chosen based on the positive reviews and feedback received from clients across a multitude of platforms. Our Corporate star is nominated by colleagues who believe that they have excelled at the work they do for clients and for the firm and should be recognised for the same.
