Q2 2024 Directors Awards Announced!

Our Director’s Award Programme is designed to recognise and celebrate team members who consistently exceed client expectations, demonstrating our firm’s commitment to smart modern law.

Each quarter, our staff have the opportunity to nominate their colleagues for the prestigious Corporate Award. This process is distinct from the Legal Director’s Award, which is based on client testimonials from review platforms and direct feedback carefully gathered by our award-winning Client Care team. The Team Director’s Award allows the nominator of entire teams, providing a unique opportunity to recognise collective achievements and team spirit.

Helen Lobozzo, Partner and Head of Client Care and Adrian Jaggard, CEO of Taylor Rose carefully consider and make the final decisions for the three awards categories.

As a much-anticipated event each quarter, the programme involves collecting client feedback and reviewing nominations, highlighting the extraordinary efforts many colleagues put into delivery outstanding client service.

We would like to congratulate our second quarter 2024 director award winners:

• Team Award - Original Document Management (ODM) Team

Our ODM team have received the second-team award, which is a newly formed team which has been instrumental in advancing our firm’s paperless initiative by expertly managing and securely holding original documents on behalf of fee earners, following their precise instructions. Their attention to detail and commitment to accuracy have been exceptional, ensuring a seamless and efficient process that supports our broader goal of reducing paper use.

As we continue to expand the use of our ODM system, spotlighting this team is both timely and well-deserved. Their efforts not only contribute to operational efficiency but also set a standard for excellence in document handling. This recognition highlights their invaluable role in driving the firm’s innovation and sustainability goals.

Amina Khatun, Consultant Chartered Legal Executive in our Residential Property Department based in our Carter Lane office has received the Legal Director Award for her outstanding work in managing a recent house sale which was reflected in glowing client feedback. What makes this review particularly remarkable is that the client, who usually does not leave reviews, felt compelled to do so due to the exceptional service they received.

In their words, Amina was “outstanding in all aspects of the transactions.” She was praised for being quick to respond, highly proactive throughout the process and most importantly, demonstrating genuine care for the client’s experience during what can be a highly stressful time.

Amina’s ability to go above and beyond has clearly left a lasting impression on her client, who called her “an absolute credit to Taylor Rose”, this recognition celebrates Amina’s dedication, expertise, and client-focused approach, exemplifying the values that make her a deserving recipient of this award.

Louie Bradley, Document Control Assistant in our Operations Department based in our Peterborough Office has been awarded the Corporate Director’s Award for consistently going above and beyond to assist others. One instance that truly stood out was when he supported a client who was hard of hearing and facing medical challenges. Louie’s remarkable patience, empathy and professionalism in that situation were truly commendable. He took the time to ensure the client felt both comfortable and fully understood, demonstrating his unwavering commitment to inclusivity and exceptional client care.

Louie’s dedication to providing compassionate, personalised support exemplifies the high standards of service we strive for, making him a deserving recipient of this award.

Adrian Jaggard comments: “The quarterly review of nominations is always a source of inspiration, highlighting the dedication and commitment each team member brings to delivering exceptional service. Alongside the team award, which recognises the collective excellence and collaboration that drives our success as a firm.”
