Q2/Q3 2022 Directors Awards Announced!

News
26th Jan 2023

Launched in early 2021, The Director’s Award Programme allows us to recognise and reward outstanding work completed everyday by our personnel. The awards allow us to highlight members of the team who put the client at the heart of their work whilst also promoting the firm’s philosophy of Smart Modern Law.

Our Legal Director Award, we take into consideration reviews and feedback from our clients from multiple review platforms. In comparison to our Corporate Director Award, we ask our personnel to nominate their colleagues that they believe have excelled in the work they complete, for either the firm or a client.

The Director’s Awards is coordinated and reviewed by Helen Lobozzo, Partner and Head of Client Care alongside Adrian Jaggard, CEO.

Helen commented: “I’m delighted to coordinate a fantastic programme that allows us to highlight the amazing talent that we have across the business in a way that really allows them to shine. The Directors award was created as both a motivational and unifying tool for colleagues to become a part of.”

Jade Brown was nominated by her colleagues for the Q2 Corporate Director’s Award after going above and beyond for the team. Whilst on maternity leave, Jade chose to assist on some cases, particularly on two matters that had been personally referred to her and settled funding issues. Jade also set up a billing workshop for trainees to cascade knowledge on notes and fees with a view to obtaining optimum billing.

We would also like to congratulation Aliyah Saddique, Solicitor in our Residential Property department based in our Ealing office and Janet Wilson, LSO Secretarial Team Leader based in our New Addington Office.

Aliyah was praised for her consistent support, professionalism, and communication through several of her client’s conveyancing processes. One mentioning how they were able to exchange contracts and complete ahead of schedule without any issues. Others saying, they were highly satisfied with their experience and how advice was excellent, delivered to them in a straightforward way. There was also mention of how she was a pleasure to work with, helpful and always on the ball.

Janet was nominated for her sterling support on various cases. She provides additional support by enabling people to go to her directly where she knows the case because of the additional  complexities, this to help continuity. Janet is meticulous in checking anything when she is unsure, she has shown this on one case where there are 4500 documents. She is always thoughtful and will go above and beyond.

Adrian Jaggard, CEO said, “I’m extremely proud of the nominations received for our second and third quarter, it’s great to see such passion and willingness to deliver exception service.”

“On behalf of the Director’s, I would like to thank all of you for continuing to deliver exceptional service within our Smart Modern Law journey.”

Congratulations once again to Jade, Aliyah and Janet on being our next worthy nominations for 2022.
