We are delighted to announce that Taylor Rose has achieved recognition in The 2024 Legal 500 publication, with accolades extending to 13 Lawyers and 6 different departments.
In the 2024 edition of The Legal 500 rankings, we are pleased to have received reviews for our East Anglian Corporate & Commercial department and our Banking & Finance department. Additionally, our South Eastern Contentious Probate and Clinical Negligence: Claimant departments have also been ranked. Alongside, our Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury departments in London have garnered recognition.
Of particular note, our Corporate & Commercial and Banking & Finance department, situated in our Peterborough office have earned recommendations for the first time.
Stephanie shared her thoughts on this achievement, stating: “I am delighted to have been ranked for the first time in not one, but two areas in The Legal 500 and that Stephanie Crowson has also been recognised for her invaluable support in the area of Banking and Finance.”
“To achieve such recognition based on the feedback received from clients and professional contacts is a testament to the high quality of service we strive to provide, our commitment to our work and the relationships we build.”
“As a small team, we continue to grow and build our knowledge and expertise to help our clients across both areas, always willing to go the extra mile to achieve the best possible outcome. The ranking puts us firmly on the radar alongside much larger teams across the area, showing we have the capability to handle complex and large scale transactions and I am confident our team will continue to build on its successes to date in the next year,” Stephanie continued.
For the fourth consecutive year, our Contentious Probate and Trust department have earned a commendable tier 3 ranking, with mentions of Sharon Macaulay, Wendy Rixon, Georgia Langston and Ravandeep Khela.
Sharon and Wendy, Partners and Co-Heads of the Contested Probate team also expressed their appreciation saying: “We are delighted to be part of a team that is ranked for the fourth year running in The Legal 500. We are particularly pleased that junior members of our team, Georgia and Ravandeep have received the recognition that they deserve as their commitment to the team over the past couple of years has been outstanding.
“In fact, the team as a whole should be very proud of this achievement and we look forward to growing the team and building on this success in the coming years.”
Our Clinical Negligence department has ascended a tier in both the South East and London regions. They now hold a Tier 2 ranking in the South East and Tier 4 in London. Noteworthy lawyers recommended in the South East include Jacqui Hayat, Partner and Lauren Phillips, Partner & Head of Clinical Negligence. In the London ranking, lawyers who received recommendations include Lauren Phillips, Andrew Bentham, Partner and Toni Bedward, Solicitor.
Lauren added: “I am thrilled that not only have the Clinical Negligence team been recognised once again in The 2024 Legal 500 publication but that we have also seen our rankings increase this year to tier 2 in the South East and tier 4 in London. This recognition is richly deserved and reflects the wealth of knowledge and experience we have as a department and the dedication and commitment we have to our clients. I am particularly pleased that my colleagues Jacqui Hayat, Andrew Bentham and Toni Bedward have been recognised as key lawyers in this area, but I am also extremely proud of the department as a whole and what we have achieved over this past year.
I am excited by what the year ahead will bring, and I am confident that the clinical negligence team at Taylor Rose MW will continue to go from strength to strength. The most important thing is that our clients continue to be at the forefront of everything we do, and I hope that this recognition by Legal 500 gives our clients the reassurance and confidence they need knowing that those representing them are experts and leaders in the field.”
