Senior Conveyancer Liz Lennox has been asked to lead Taylor Rose residential conveyancing department in Peterborough, taking up the role of Head of Residential Conveyancing at the company's headquarters in Peterborough on 3 October.
Antony Jaggard, Director at the firm said: “Promoting Liz to our most senior conveyancer position reflects her 20-year career, during which time she has used her specialist knowledge and experience, spanning a wide range of residential property transactions, to deliver and oversee a highly efficient and professional service to our property clients.
“Liz has already demonstrated her qualities as a leader where she has taken an active role in mentoring and developing members of our growing conveyancing team. We look forward to Liz’s further success as Head of Residential Conveyancing, and as an ambassador for our organisation.”
Liz Lennox said: “I am passionate about conveyancing and helping our customers journey through what is known to be one of the largest purchases they will make in their lifetime, and among the top three most stressful times in their lives. I am fortunate to work with a talented and dedicated team of conveyancers and look forward to leading the department and build on the future success of the residential property department.
“Our focus during the coming months will be on tightening our conveyancing process. We are aiming to improve efficiency within managing data and turn-around times whilst remaining a profitable department. We will be continuing to help our conveyancers with managing their work-loads to build a sustainable future.”
