17th Oct 2024

We are delighted to announce that Taylor Rose has achieved recognition in the 2025 Chambers and Partners guide, with commendations for 3 departments and 8 outstanding individuals.

In the 2025 edition of Chambers and Partners, we are pleased to have received reviews for our Crime department in the South, our Extradition department for UK Wide and our Clinical Negligence team in the South and London.

Notably, our Clinical Negligence team has earned a first-time ranking in both regions securing a spot in Band 4 for London and going straight in at Band 3 in The South.  They also have 4 individuals ranked including:

Lauren Phillips, Partner & Head of Medical Negligence, expressed her thoughts, “ I am delighted to see that the Clinical Negligence team has been recognised for their expertise in the legal publication, Chambers and Partners, with a Band 4 ranking in London and a Band 3 ranking in the South. Andrew Bentham and I have maintained our Band 4 ranking as individuals in London and Jacqui Hayat has been newly ranked Band 3 in The South. Laura Sylvester , who recently joined Taylor Rose, has also been ranked in Band 5 in London.”

“It has been a hugely successful year for the team which has also seen our numbers grown with the key hires of Sonia Fu in Bath and Laura Sylvester in London. The addition of Stephanie Fallon from FDR Law in 2021, allowed us to expand into the North West of England and the recent addition of Sonia Fu will lead our growth in the South West. It is a very exciting time for the department, and I am very proud of our team and pleased to see their hard work and commitment to our clients reflected in the Chambers and Partners rankings,” she continued.

Our Extradition department continues to excel, earning a ranking for the fifth consecutive year in Band 2. Four individuals within the team have also been ranked:

This year marks Ruta’s debut as an Associate to Watch, where she was praised as having “notable extradition expertise. She frequently represents clients facing extradition requests that intersect with human rights issues.”

Lastly, our Crime department has ranked for the fourth consecutive year in the south with them being mentioned for “offering a notable criminal law practice from a number of locations in the South East. The team assists clients with violent, drug-related and motoring cases, among others.”

Adrian Jaggard, CEO said: “Congratulations to the departments and individuals ranked in Chambers and Partners.
