This role involves but is not limited to: 

·         Ensuring SLA’s and compliance are adhered to. 

·         Answering calls and directing them professionally and efficiently. 

·         To record and relay messages where necessary. 

·         Undertaking general administrative and clerical support where required. 

·         Ensuring familiarity and competence with using internal and external systems. 

·         Providing administration support to staff within the Property department. 

·         Carrying out filing, including the opening, closing, storing and retrieving of client files. 

·         Preparing mail and enclosures ready for dispatch. 

·         Ensuring high standards of client care are exercised at all times. 

·         Ensuring confidentiality of all client documentation and information. 

·         Preparing meeting rooms when required, ensuring the areas are tidy prior to meetings.

·         Assisting with the obtaining of billing targets.

·         Informing the business COLP of any matters of concern within a transaction. 

·         Assisting with the department’s file review/ auditing procedures. Liaising with the Auditors and assisting with identifying any trends and carrying out any remedial action. 

Requirements:

·         Must be hard working, organised, self- motivated and enthusiastic. 

·         Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines. 

·         Ability to work well independently and as part of a team. 

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

·         Fully computer literate. 

·         Strong attention to detail.
