This role involves but is not limited to:
· Answering calls and directing them professionally and efficiently.
· To record and relay messages to the fee earner where necessary.
· Undertaking file opening and archiving processes at the start and end of the transaction in line with internal policies and adhering to Lexcel requirements
· Undertaking general administrative and admin support.
· Ensuring familiarity and competence with using internal and external systems.
· Retrieving of client files from archive when required.
· Preparing emails and attachments ready to be sent.
· Preparing correspondence and documents ready to be posted.
· Ensuring high standards of client care and communication at all times.
· Ensuring confidentiality of all client documentation and information.
· Ensuring mortgage lender SLA’s are maintained and complied with.
Requirements:
· Must be hard working, organised, self- motivated and enthusiastic.
· Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
· Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Fully computer literate.
