Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking initial client instructions to be passed to the Case Handler. 
  • Generating client care packs tailored to client’s individual needs. 
  • Opening new client files. 
  • Obtaining client ID & source of funds information. 
  • Use of Case Management Systems, Microsoft Word and Excel. 
  • Undertaking feedback and follow up phone calls to ensure that service levels are being maintained and the customer is satisfied. 
  • Photocopying/ scanning of documents. 
  • Data entry in electronic portals during the client introduction process. 
  • Taking initial client instructions and documentation to be passed to the Case Handler. 
  • Arranging client meetings to take initial instructions. 
  • Understanding GDPR requirements for dealing with client’s personal information. 
  • Working to department targets and KPI’s. 
  • Assisting clients with answering questions and guiding them where necessary on how to complete documents. 

Qualifications and Skills:

  •  Excellent administration skills 
  • Attention to detail 
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic 
  • Customer focused- high levels of customer service. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
