Archiving Assistant

 As part of this role, the archiving assistant will be required to work with finance as well the members of the archive department to ensure that client ledgers are properly reviewed and closed. Working closely with the Archive Manager on workloads and priorities the archiving assistant will be highly organised, proactive, and motivated to work in a busy department.

This role involves but is not limited to:

·         Carrying out archiving of all file types for all departments and offices companywide

·         Follow the archive processes using different Case Management Systems 

·         Prioritising workloads alongside rest of the team

·         Record all archiving accurately

·         Assisting the Archive Manager and Senior Archivist where necessary

·         Identify any issues re archiving and report to the Archive Manager

·         Assist with requesting file retrievals

Requirements:

·         Accuracy and attention to detail

·         Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

·         Ability to prioritise and work efficiently 

·         Ability to work under own initiative 

·         Team player

·         Flexibility

·         Ability to travel if required

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages
