Working with all of the HR team on all HR related matters and supporting the wider HR teams, such as recruitment, payroll, L&D and HR change.

This role involves but is not limited to:

  • Provide support and guidance in response to employee queries received within the HR Inbox – working within a 48 hour turnaround.
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to by employees and HR administration.
  • Ensuring that personnel files and HR database are accurately maintained within current legislation.
  • Support the appraisal process and complete all PDR’s as part of the HR team.
  • Ensuring payroll information is accurate and available within monthly deadlines for payroll processing.
  • Ensuring effective record keeping of training information and costs within HR database.
  • Conducting investigations /disciplinary meetings in line with current policies.
  • Providing effective and accurate advice on employee relations matters.
  • Liaise with the Senior HR Manager and HR Advisor to support HOD’s and line managers with HR business decisions providing solutions and possible scenarios.
  • Providing support to HOD’s and line managers with onboarding new starters & probation process
  • Develop training/coaching for line managers to enable them to effectively use policies and procedures in relation to HR matters confidently.
  • Managing the termination process and ensuring the safe return of company assets
  • Working with HR Director, Senior HR Manager & HR Advisor to effectively deliver redundancy/restructure programmes.

Requirements:

·       CIPD qualified (Level 5 or 7)

·       Self-motivated with a collaborative approach

·       Ability to influence and drive mind-set change at all levels

·       Strong leadership and relationship building skills
