Working with all of the HR team on all HR related matters and supporting the wider HR teams, such as recruitment, payroll, L&D and HR change.
This role involves but is not limited to:
- Provide support and guidance in response to employee queries received within the HR Inbox – working within a 48 hour turnaround.
- Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to by employees and HR administration.
- Ensuring that personnel files and HR database are accurately maintained within current legislation.
- Support the appraisal process and complete all PDR’s as part of the HR team.
- Ensuring payroll information is accurate and available within monthly deadlines for payroll processing.
- Ensuring effective record keeping of training information and costs within HR database.
- Conducting investigations /disciplinary meetings in line with current policies.
- Providing effective and accurate advice on employee relations matters.
- Liaise with the Senior HR Manager and HR Advisor to support HOD’s and line managers with HR business decisions providing solutions and possible scenarios.
- Providing support to HOD’s and line managers with onboarding new starters & probation process
- Develop training/coaching for line managers to enable them to effectively use policies and procedures in relation to HR matters confidently.
- Managing the termination process and ensuring the safe return of company assets
- Working with HR Director, Senior HR Manager & HR Advisor to effectively deliver redundancy/restructure programmes.
Requirements:
· CIPD qualified (Level 5 or 7)
· Self-motivated with a collaborative approach
· Ability to influence and drive mind-set change at all levels
· Strong leadership and relationship building skills
