Executive Assistant to CEO

This role involves but is not limited to:

  •  Manage incoming/outgoing emails, monitor, and prioritise responses. 
  • Proactively manage and coordinate the diary of the CEO by prioritising and arranging internal and external meetings, ensuring appropriate briefing papers are prepared and provided.
  • First point of contact dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Make national and international travel arrangements.
  • Taking meeting minutes, overseeing follow-up emails and tasks.
  • Research information on business issues, drafting reports and presentations.
  • Interface with key business stakeholders, knowing when to leverage authority.
  • Prepare accurate and creative updates for PR, social media and emails (internal and external).
  • Managing direct client complaints, liaising with other departments to ensure the matters are resolved timely and effectively.
  • Manage ad-hoc projects.
  • Expenses management.

Requirements:

  • Highly organised and detail orientated with strong project management ability.
  • Emotionally intelligent and able to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Committed to always expanding their knowledge of the business.
  • Proactive problem solver who anticipates needs and takes initiative.
  • Adaptable and able to shift gears quickly in a fast-paced environment

  • Creativity and flair for PR related tasks.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook).
  • Ability to multi-task and deal with curved balls throughout the day

This role will primarily be based in Peterborough, but travel to other offices may be required.

Working outside core hours maybe required.
