Compliance Cashier

This role involves but is not limited to: 

  • Assist the Compliance Cashier Manager by way of investigational and transactional processes in ensuring residual balances across the Firm are kept to a minimum and that balances are dealt with quickly and correctly.
  • Assist the team in ensuring the receipt portal is kept up to date and unclaimed funds are investigated and marked for return where necessary and actioned promptly.
  • Support the Compliance Cashier Manager in managing the Charity Ledger, liaising with the Fee Earners to ensure the correct process has been followed and the right documentation has been supplied. 
  • Assist with SRA accounts rules compliance and process monitoring.
  • Support the Cashiers team and cover other ad-hoc tasks as and when required as assigned by the Compliance Cashier Manager and Client Cashier Manager.

Requirements:

·         Good written and verbal communication skills.

·         Able to manage multiple relationships.

·         Professional approach.

·         Competent in Microsoft Office.

·         Ability to communicate at all levels.

·         High levels of attention to detail.

·         Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines in busy periods.
