Key Responsibilities:

·         Inputting daily conveyancing and remortgage payments/completions

·         Final checks and quality control of completions

·         Manually entering payments on the Tikit system and onto Barclays

·         Monitoring bank statements for Bishops Stortford and Hertford Account

·         Communicating with relevant departments regarding payments in

·         Billing for BS/Hertford files

·         Bank reconciliations for BS/Hertford/TRSL London

·         Dealing with Land Registry invoices for BS/Hertford

·         Entering and paying referral and search fees for Tikit files.

·         Keeping up to date with Out of date cheques/returned cheques

·         Dealing with Money on account/communicating with post completions to clear ledgers

·         Helping with payments on Taylor Rose 3e system when needed.

·         Aid with investigations and archiving processes

Qualifications and Skills:

·         Experience in legal finance is desirable

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Ability to work under pressure

·         Strong Excel skills

·         Excellent attention to detail

·         Ability to work to deadlines
