Consultant Recruitment Executive

This role will involve but is not limited to:

·         Dealing with incoming leads 

·         Completing department data reports 

·         Following up with post interviewed candidates by phone and email

·         Initial calls with candidates 

·         Progression calls with candidates 

·         Record keeping 

·         Initial research on various projects working with consultant recruitment manager 

·         Assisting with meeting department KPI’s set by consultant recruitment manager 

·         Keeping candidates informed and updated throughout the process 

·         Answering queries from candidates 

·         Assisting with consultant recruitment marketing activities 

·         Assisting with consultant recruitment projects 

·         Identifying and contacting potential candidates 

  • Updating the Company website and Consultant and Sub-Consultant website profiles.
  • Providing information to onboarding consultant team and liaising with them
  • Joining Consultant Recruitment Manager in networking and at events 

 

Qualifications and Key Skills:

  • Good interpersonal skills supporting the Consultants
  • Excellent organisation
  • Confident and personable on the telephone and in meetings
  • Good problem solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with the Consultant Liaison Team and other operational departments across the firm
  • Ability to work to deadlines, achieve results and prioritise 
  • Ability to balance commercial interests with compliance requirements
  • Service and client experience centric
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organised and self-motivated 
  • Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
