This role involves but is not limited to: 

·         Operating switchboard to ensure that clients are transferred correctly and efficiently. 

·         Using an advanced telecommunications system

·         Typing messages during calls, to ensure delivery of communication in a timely manner.

·         Understanding of the business structure and services offered.

·         Using multiple database systems to search for relevant information. 

·         Providing an excellent and professional customer service to all callers.

·         Reviewing emails and correctly allocating within the business

·         Providing support to our Document Control Department on postal duties, greeting clients and general administration e.g:

o   Opening and sorting post

o   Accepting client documentation and certifying ID documents

o   Providing refreshments for clients and meetings

o   Receiving deliveries

o   Covering holidays and sickness of team members and other operational departments such as Document Control.

Requirements:

·         A professional, flexible and reliable attitude and approach 

·         Ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment

·         Ability to answer a high level of telephone calls on a daily basis, with targets in place.

·         Customer focus with a proactive “can do” attitude and eagerness to be helpful on every call.

·         Strong communication skills & ability to communicate at all levels and across all departments

·         Able to work within a team as well as independently 

·         Able to demonstrate initiative, strong work ethic and ability to prioritise and problem solve.

·         Have a good understanding of Microsoft office, telephones and case management systems
